When I was 10 years old, I experienced what it meant to live life with a burning passion and not be afraid of what tomorrow holds.
I witnessed the world deal an unfair deck of cards to someone I love dearly – my father.
Just like any other day, he left work for a few hours to spend quality time doing what made him feel most alive – catching the break of a wave before it crashed onto the shore.
Little did he know his passion would change his life that day – and mine.
He was given a 10% chance of living through the next 48 hours after severely breaking the c2 vertebrae in his neck.
He entered a coma for the next few days and after accepting the medical evidence, the doctors prepared my mom to say goodbye.
Then the day came… He woke up.
Despite all the odds stacked up against him, he not only woke up one day – but after months of rehab he was able to walk again. He did the two things they said he wasn’t supposed to ever do.
But, he can never surfed again – and that’s where my perspective on life changed.
I realized the result of tomorrow is completely unknown, and thus I chose to follow in my father’s footsteps by choosing to make the most out of every day – despite my doubts and fears.
I secretly vowed that I’d always follow my passion like he did.
As the years went on, I navigated the tricky part of finding where I fit into this world and I began looking internally for the answer.
I began paying attention to my habits. I noticed that I consistently made my purchases based on how socially responsible a company was – and how happy it made me feel to support such meaningful causes.
Then I picked up every piece of information I could get my hands on and discovered the power of the global movements those businesses were making compared to those who didn’t support any social causes.
I quickly found that socially responsible businesses around the world had higher competitive edges, greater engagement with their audience, and enormous bases of loyal fans who rarely hesitated to shell out their hard-earned cash for the company’s new products.
That’s when the pieces started falling into place.
I had to find a way to help new purpose-driven businesses grow.
I wanted nothing more than to be a part of the global movements those purpose-driven companies were making. Thus, Social Greatness Strategy was born.
Over the past 3 years, I have been developing a strategy that I now use to help purpose-driven businesses reach the level of visibility and exposure they deserved.
I’ve not only found a way to honor my passion for helping these businesses grow, but I’ve made my dream of having an online business and traveling the world come true.
I want you to recognize that the world is on your side and will reward you for giving. Your choice to become a purpose-driven business owner was the first step towards seeing more growth, fulfillment, and success in your business than you could ever imagined.
All it takes is a little bit of strategy and a sprinkle of pixie dust.
Are you ready to make a greater impact?
Let’s do it together!
With greatness and gratitude,
